Through embodied movement, shamanic breathwork, sacred Tibetan Tantric rituals, and personal development practices, you'll discover the profound power of reconnecting with your authentic self. Over the course of three days, you'll gently shed layers of self-doubt and embrace the radiant essence of your innate divinity.

For women struggling with body disconnect, shame, or self-image issues, this journey offers a pathway to deep self-acceptance and love.

It provides a whole new perspective, allowing judgments and negative self-talk to fade away, replaced by a profound reverence

FOOD

On Friday we will enjoy a potluck lunch together. Potluck means, everyone brings a vegan/ vegetarian dish with them and we share the goodness together. It's always a big feast with a lot of new discoveries.

On Saturday and Sunday meals are arranged by our cook and are included in the ticket price.

2 nights in a dorm room with shared shower from Friday & Saturday are included in the ticket price.

+ We will be a small group.

+ This workshop is held in English. A basic english understanding will do. Mahara can translate in German if needed. There won't be much talking anyways. And you can choose to speak in German or English. 

+ No previous knowledge is required.

+ This course is also a beautiful experience if your pregnant.
