This is an excellent opportunity to disconnect from the frenetic activity of daily life and let your speedometer return to 0 mph. A welcome respite amidst the turbulence of life, they provide a space to tune into your inner awareness.


Yoga Nidra is an ancient systematic form of healing relaxation. It's been shown to decrease stress, improve sleep, and rewrite old emotional patterns. Classes begin with gentle movement and breath work, followed by guided relaxation, providing perfect relaxation and recuperation. The body is at rest and the mind comes to a state of stillness yet awareness.

When Yoga Nidra is well performed, the body, breath and mind come into harmony, moving towards the real self like a spider returning to the center of its web. This results in a refreshed and clear mind, and greater energy and ease.
