We highly encourage booking at least 1-2 extra nights to fully immerse yourself in the experience. Not only will you have the opportunity to integrate all your experiences, but you'll also want to spend extra time bonding with the tribe and embarking on adventures together or simply enjoying some solitude in nature. Even though you may initially feel that 9 days is ample time, you'll be surprised how quickly it passes, leaving you wishing for more.

ACCOMODATION

Singel / double Room

If you're interested in a single or double room, please make sure to secure your accommodation as soon as possible and receive confirmation before booking your flights! We offer a range of accommodation options to suit various preferences and budgets. We have already made some pre-reservations at the Sport Hotel for your convenience (located just a 3-minute walk from the venue).

At the venue we provide two single rooms and two spaces in one double room for a cheaper price, if your comfortable sharing bathrooms and quick with booking. Click here for more details.

Important Note: If you wish to book a double room, the availability will show as a room but please note that it is one space in one room. If you are coming as a pair, please make sure to book two double rooms (This means that both of you will be sharing one double room).

Dormitory

Our dormitories are located on-site and offer sufficient space for your comfort. You don't need to take any additional action apart from informing us of your arrival.

Any additional nights before July 25th or after August 3rd will be charged upon arrival at 49.-/night (meals not included).

The earliest check-in date is July 24th at 3 PM, and the latest check-out date is August 6th at 11 AM.

An International Education Center for Mind, Body and Soul, located in Filzbach, the Swiss Alps, surounded by majestic mountains, overlooking the beautiful lake Walensee and it's waterfalls, with many wonderful hikes, just infront of your doorstep.

In the 1920's the bilding was a silk fabric. Today it's been beautifuly renovated, keeping the charm of the building.

LANGUAGE

This training will be conducted in English. Basic proficiency in English is sufficient. :)

** ASSISTANT INFORMATION

Assistant tickets are limited. To secure an assistant ticket, you can book online, but Mahara will need to speak with you over Zoom to confirm your spot. After registering and making the deposit, please send an email to 4maharamckay@gmail.com with a brief introduction of yourself, explaining why you feel called to support her. Include a photo of yourself, links to your social media pages (Instagram/Facebook/Website), and your background (if any) in this field. 

ZOOM CALL: Prior to the course, there will be a team meeting where everyone will be briefed. Participation in this Zoom call is mandatory.

WHEN: July 15th from 8-9:30/10 PM (Swiss time).

ARRIVAL: All Assistants must arrive by July 24th, no later than 10:30 AM, or the night before. Assistants don't pay for extra nights on July 23/24 and August 3. Food is not included in those extra nights.

DEPARTURE: The earliest departure for assistants is October 4th.

ROLE: Assistants participate in the full training but assist Mahara in holding space during breathwork and emotional release practices. In case of an imbalance of participants (exercises are sometimes done in pairs or groups of 3), assistants may skip an exercise if necessary. Some assistants will also hold daily pod groups, as explained in the Zoom meeting.

EXPECTATIONS: Assistants must be reliable, punctual, very flexible, and open to helping wherever needed. They will have a brief meeting with Mahara every evening. Assistants are also asked to share the event on social media/websites prior to the training, if possible.
