Those who can stay the night are invited to join our last meal together at 7.30 PM. 

We highly recommend taking the 1. October to integrate. Besides, you will WANT to stay another day or two, to hang out with the tribe and go on adventures or rest in the beautiful gardens.

If you have the possibility, we highly recommend arriving one night early, so the 21.9 in the evening, and leaving on the 2nd, 3rd, or latest 4th of October. It's always a beautiful time to spend with the tribe or just take time for yourself and integrate.

THE VENUE

The venue is located in a beautiful oasis, surrounded by lush gardens with a view of the Etna. Most rooms are kept in the traditional style and history of the place. Walking through the main house feels like walking through a museum.

Most of what will be served on your plate are freshly picked from their gardens.

In your spare time you can take a dip in the pool or enjoy the views and silence the place has to offer.

Most of the classes will be held in the gardens or in their amazing light-filled shala, which makes it feels like you are outside.

Direct flights from Zürich cost approx CHF 200-400.-

LANGUAGE

This training will be held in English. Basic English will do :)

**ASSISTANTS 

Assistants partake in the full training but will be helping Mahara to hold space during the breathwork and emotional release practices. 

Some of them will also be holding daily pod groups and everyone will be supporting Mahara wherever she needs help. 

Assistants will be having every evening a meeting with Mahara and prior to the course. They need to arrive on the 21st to set up the space and stay until the 1st of October evenings.

Prior to the course, there will be a team meeting where everyone will be briefed. 

It is mandatory to participate in this zoom call.
