Every Wednesday, you will be guided into a beautiful relaxation. Inviting you back to source. Back to your true nature. Back to love.
First, we will release any tension you may carry, by activating the Parasympathetic Nervous System to Decrease Anxiety. Practices may vary. Sometimes a class might flow slowly and mindful, other times dynamic and wild.
After we have slowed down our minds, we will focus on body awareness and the heart, allowing you to feel more expansive, joyous, relaxed, free, centered, compassionate, mindful, and in your truth.
Come with no expectations and you will leave with a big smile in your heart, feeling nourished, connected, energized yet grounded, more in your power, inspired, and surrounded by wonderful people wanting to create more consciousness, courage, and trust in their lives.
TANTRA = SEX??
Just in case your mind is creating stories around the word TANTRA - In these sessions, there’s no nudity, no genital touch, no sexual energy exchange, no orgies, nothing of that sort.
Everything we do is always optional. You can choose to be in your own space the entire time if that's what you feel. It’s always about listening closely to your needs. Finding out in every given moment what feels suitable for you, so you can relax even more in whatever it is that you do, not just in class, but also in your relationships and daily life.

WHAT TO BRING
Blindfold or Scarf
Drinking Bottle (no open cups allowed in the space)
Please wear clothes that don’t restrict your movements, so you can totally relax in the exercises and move freely.
Example: Dress like you're going to the gym/yoga.
Optional: Meditation Cushion
