Check-In 26. November 2.15 - 3.00 PM / ASSISTANTS  arrive on the 26. November at 9.30AM

Opening Circle 26. November 3.15 PM

Closing  2. December (latest by 4/5 PM) Our last meal at the venue will be lunch.

Check-Out Rooms 

If your not booking additional nights: 2. December 1 PM your bags need to be out of the room.

7 DAYS 6 NIGHTS 

Prices for accomodation and meals are doubble the price in Switzerland than overseas. 

However, when you add up your time, travel expenses, and additional nights, it'll probably be cheaper or the same.

CHF 300.-  This is to reserve your spot. We kindly ask you to make the final payment on your arrival.

ASSISTANT tickets are limited. 

For the assistant tickets, you can book your ticket online, however, Mahara will first need to speak to you over Zoom to confirm your spot.

WHAT TO BRING

We will send you a welcome letter 1-2 weeks before the course with all the information you need to know.

LANGUAGE

This training will be held in English. Basic English will do :) You can speak in German.

Please contact us if you wish to join and only understand German.

**ASSISTANTS

ZOOM CALL: Prior to the course, there will be a team meeting where everyone will be briefed.

It is mandatory to participate in this zoom call.

WHEN: 14. November at 8-9.30/10 PM (Swiss time).

ARRIVAL:  All Assistants need to arrive on the 26th, latest 9.30 AM. 

DEPARTURE: 3. December. Time will be discussed in the Zoom Meeting. 

Assistants partake in the full training but will be helping Mahara to hold space during one or two of the practices. 

If there is an imbalance of participants (sometimes we do excersises in pairs sometimes in groups of 3) then the assistants will take turns in skipping an excersise if needed. 

Some assistants will also be holding daily pod groups, this will be explained in the zoom meeting. (continue reading)

Assistants should be flexible and open to helping wherever help is needed. 

Assistants will be having  a brief meeting every evening with Mahara.

Assistants are asked to share the event through social media/ website prior to the training.
