Niklas supported Mahara during the last Tantric and Shamanic Arts training in Leysin and is now for one month touring through Switzerland sharing his passion and love of healing through sounds. You will be luying during the whole session allowing the body, mind and the nervous system to fully relax and release the stress or tension. The mother drum has been used as a vehicle to travel between worlds for centuries.

We hold reservations only until 7.10pm **  If you cant make it, please cancel 24h before.

We recommend not to make any imediate plans afterwards, as you will take some time to "come back" and funktion again normally, as the whole aim is to slow you down, so you can keep this relaxed state of mind for the evening.

WHO IS THIS CLASS FOR?

Anyone who wants to relax, restore, rejuvenate and experience deep silence and power of the shamanic mother drum.

No experience is needed.

The workshop will be held in German.

WHAT TO BRING

+ Blind fold / shawl to cover eyes

+ Water Bottle (No open cups allowed in the space)

+ Wear compfortable, warm clothing

+ If you need or prefere to use a pillow, please bring your own, otherwise we recommend keeping the spine straight.
