IMPORTANT PREPARATIONS

- Please do not eat 3-4 hours before the session!! Also no caffeine.

- Bring or wear comfortable and warm clothing, which will not narrow or restrict your movements plus warm socks (body temperature will decrease). No jeans or tight shirts.

SCHEDULE

In the morning we will start the day with an inward  Shamanic Breathwork journey, then we will enjoy our community potluck lunch, followed by a Cacao Ceremony led by Steff. 

Afterward, we will see how the medicine wants to express itself.. ;) We will tap into our bodies and fully explore the energies of the 5 Elements, celebrating and expressing our fullest potential through dance. You will feel fully energized, liberated, and free! At the end of the 5-Element dance, you will find yourself in pure bliss. From this space of emptiness/ no mind, we will unite our soul voices and bathe in the vibrations of our collective sounds, flowing into a jam session, where the mystery of the unknown awaits you.

Let yourself be taken on a journey to discover your true essence.

WHAT TO BRING

- Blindfold/shawl to cover eyes

- Tissues

- Water Bottle

- Matrace cover (90x180)

- Sleeping bag or blanket (Temperature can drop during breathwork)

- Journal & Pen

Optional: Music Instrument, shamanic drum, shaker, guitar, etc...

WHO CAN JOIN?

Anyone who is ready and open to exploring new things without judgment and is not afraid to feel, express and grow.

No experience is needed.

We do not recommend this workshop if you are pregnant or have serious physical or mental health issues, heart or respiratory illnesses, and diseases, or are on heavy medication.

VORBEREITUNGEN 

- Mindestens 3-4 Stunden im Voraus nichts essen!! Am besten auch keinen Kaffee / Koffein.

- Bequeme und warme Kleidung tragen oder mitbringen (nichts einengendes), plus warme Socken,  (Körpertemperatur wird sinken). Keine Jeans oder enge Shirts.

WER KANN MITMACHEN?

Jeder, der bereit und offen ist, neue Dinge ohne Wertung zu erfahren und keine Angst in die Tiefe zu gehen, zu spüren, sich auszudrücken und zu wachsen. Keine Erfahrung erforderlich. Der Workshop findet in englischer und deutscher Sprache statt.

Wir empfehlen diesen Workshop NICHT, wenn Sie schwanger sind oder ernsthafte körperliche oder geistige Gesundheitsprobleme, Herz- oder Atemwegserkrankungen und -krankheiten oder schwere Medikamente einnehmen.
