WHO CAN JOIN?
Anyone who is ready and open to explore new things without judgement and is not afraid to feel, express and grow.
No experience is needed.
The workshop will be held in English.
We do not recommend this workshop if you are pregnant or have serious physical or mental health issues, heart or respiratory illnesses and diseases, advanced kidney disease or diabetes, or if your on heavy medication.
