Often people come out of a Teacher Training, yet they have not had enough time during the training to practice the ACTUAL space holding. Therefor they might have gained a lot of knowledge, but not enough practice. 

In this course you will learn within two days, simple, yet super helpful tips, that will enhance your space holding skills, that normally would take you months, even years to learn in the field.

This two day event is designed for Teachers in the field of Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, Tantra, Shamanism, Dance, etc. For those who would like to gain more confidence, and practice their space holding skills, get feedback on how or where they could improve, to become the best space holder you can be.

Over the past 5 years, Mahara has been holding workshops for small and large groups of up to 150 people. 

From working in different countries,  and  with a wide range of cultures, religions, genders and ages, she has been able to gain a lot of know how, understanding, valuable insights and practicle tips. She is a true inspiration when it comes to holding spaces for people to transform and heal themselves.
