Words can't describe what you will experience.

It's something you must feel.

This is for anyone wanting to break out of the norms and express themselves through movement but also for anyone who is afraid to express themselves.. 

You will feel liberated, ecstatic, joyful and free!

Check-in : 7.45pm

Doors close: 7.55pm - There's no door bell, once the doors close you can't come in. Please calculate enough time, so you don't miss out.

This course will be held in English / German

Doesn't matter which language you speak, you'll understand :)

WHO CAN JOIN?

Anyone who is ready and open to explore new things without judgement and is not afraid to feel, express and grow.

No experience is needed.

The workshop will be held in English.

WHAT TO BRING

+ Please dress as if going to a yoga class. Comfortable clothes that don't restrict your movement.

+ Water Bottle (No open cups allowed in the space)

+ Journal & Pen (optional)

+ Yoga Mat for Shavasana (Optional- you can also rest on the floor)

GOOD TO KNOW

We move barefoot or in indoor shoes or socks that dont slip.

This is an alcohol and drug free event. We love the natural highs :)

We celebrate a non talkative space between participants during the dance.

PARKING

+ We have 3 parking spaces BEHIND the blue building (Glatt Lack) which are called "BECKERS".  + If the company Glatt Cars in the blue building is closed, you can also use their parking spaces BEHIND the blue    building - not infront of the building , otherwies your car could get taken away.

Only use their car parks in the BACK of the building, and ONLY if they are not working - you can look inside and check yourself.  + There are visitor parking spaces at the front of the street  + There are also parking spaces on the main road at Coop / Migros -  it's about 5 minutes by foot.

+ Theres a bus stop 2min from us "GLATTBRUGG, ZENTRUM"

DE: + Wir haben 3 Parkplätze HINTER dem blauen Gebäude (Glatt Lack) welche "BECKERS" heissen.

+ Sollte die Firma Glatt Cars im blauen Gebäude geschlossen sein, kannst du  HINTER dem Haus auch Ihre Parkplätze benutzen "GLATT CARS".  Aber nur wenn sie geschlossen sind. Ihr müsst selber prüfen. Wenn Ihr vorne Ihre  Parkplätze benutz, egal zu welcher Zeit , kann das Auto abgeschleppt werden.   + Vorne an der Strasse gibt es auch noch ein Paar Besucher Parkplätze

+ An der Hauptstrasse beim Coop/ Migros gibts auch noch Parkplätze - dort müsst Ihr aber bezahlen. Ca.5min zu Fuss.

​+ Die Bushaltestelle "GLATTBRUGG, ZENTRUM" ist nur 2min von uns entfernt.
