YOUR IN FOR A TREAT !

This retreat is all about S L O W I N G   D O W N,  giving yourself a holiday where you'll find time for selflove, relaxation and connection to spirit, to the self and to likeminded people.  There will be pleanty of free time to do whatever your heart desires. There is also the possibility to join the whole retreat in silence, if thats what your longing for. 

The choice is yours. And the posibilities are many :)

SCEDULE / WHAT TO EXPECT (This is NOT a Tantric & Shamanic Arts Experience)

We start our days at 9 AM, so you can get enough of sleep.  

Then we gather for our morning practice, which varies from breathwork, meditation, yoga, authentic movement, dance, chakra clearing, chanting, singing, journaling, shares....Anything that supports your mind and body in a nourishing, vitalizing, self -loving way. Of course everything we offer is optional. If you prefere to sleep in that's also welcome.

12 PM we finish our practice and then enjoy a majestical brunch together.

After your meal, you are free to enjoy the day, giving you enough time for yourself to read a book, go into nature, to the market and connect with other participants. 

On some days we will offer to do excursions together, like going to the market, visiting the magical Moroccan desert, riding dromedaries, taking walks in the oasis that is just in front of our door, or sleeping under the stars.

In the evenings, we will go with the group flow. If we had a full day out, then we won't offer any evening classes. 

If we had a chill day and there's an interesst for an evening program, we will offer something fun like a dance, a jam, or a conscious communication workshop, or then something relaxing like an evening meditation, yoga nidra or a candel light yin yoga session, depending on what is needed at that time.

If you are looking to fully dive inwards, you can also join the whole week in silence, if thats what your craving. All is welcome :)

IMPORTANT FLIGHT INFORMATION

Flights are incredibly expensive on Thursday. We recommend booking a direct flight with Edelweiss on Wednesday for 360.- . We can help you organise a Hotel and organise a pic up from the airport for you if you wish to come on the 26th October and enjoy an evening together in Marrakesh.

Accomodation for this extra night will cost an additional 40-150.- (depending on your hotel/room requierments).

We will then travel together on Thursday morning to our final destination, where our retreat starts, or you can come directly on Thursday to the venue yourself.

The retreat officially ends on Tuesday evening (if anyone needs to catch a flight or Wednesday Morning after breakfast.

For those who would like to stay longer have the possibility to enjoy an extra day & night.

INVESTMENT 

We kindly ask you to register and pay the deposit of CHF 100.-  

You will then get an confirmation E-mail with the bank details where you can pay the remaining amount within 24 hours.

If you want to arrive on Wednesday and enjoy an evening with us in Marrakesh, we will help organise a pic up from the airport, a Hotel of your budget and an evening program for you. These costs are not in the ticket included.

Depending on what hotel you want, it will cost around 45.- and anywhere above.

We kindly ask you to bring the additional payment for extra nights in cash with you on arrival. Thank you.

WHAT IF ANOTHER LOCK DOWN?

First, let's think positive :)

But incase of another lockdown, or if we can only travel when vaxinated, then we will refund the course fee (minus 100.- administration fees). Make sure to book your flight tickets flexible. We don't cover any travel costs.

THE VENUE

The 500 year old traditional adobe Kasbah,  is located on a little hill in a beautiful oasis, surrounded by gardens with view to the stone hills. Its narrow corridors and courtyards hold the stories and history of the Caids that ruled this region of the Draa Valley.   The two storey earth dwelling is set deep inside Tamnougalt.  From its roof terrace you can see over the oasis with date palms and gardens, and the desert beyond.  The place is full of history. Hassan (the remaining heir of the Kasbah) tells the story of his family's life in the Kasbah.

Walking through the main house feels like walking through an oriental fairytale of 1001 nights.

A lot of what will be served on your plate is freshly picked from the oasis.

In your spare time you can go for walks in the area, read a book, or enjoy the views and silence that the place has to offer.

TRAVEL BY PLANE

Airport Ouarzazate, where you can take a taxi directly to the Kasbah des Caids, which costs around 35-40Euros (350-400MAD) or you can come from the 

airport Marrakech, where you can take a bus to Agdz, where we will pick you up for free.

BY BUS

There is buses (CTM or SUPRATOURS) going from Marrakech to Agdz.

Bus is by far the cheapest solution; it costs around 15.-Chf (150MAD).

From Agdz bus station we will pick you up for free.

BY CAR
